    At the conclusion of the 2012 race season, the cars of eight of the racing series champions were once again hauled in Featherlite trailers. Featherlite is proud to congratulate these champion Featherlite owners:

  • 12-10-2012 Year-end NASCAR Most Improved Driver Awards

    The year-end NASCAR/Featherlite Most Improved Driver Award was presented to drivers in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, Camping World Truck Series, K&N Pro Series East, K&N Pro Series West, the Whelen Modified Tour and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour at their respective awards banquets following the 2012 NASCAR season.

    Winners included:

    Brian Scott – Nationwide Series
    Nelson Piquet Jr. – Camping World Truck Series
    Darrell Wallace Jr. – K&N Pro Series East
    Cameron Hayley – K&N Pro Series West
    Ron Silk – Whelen Modified Tour
    John Smith – Whelen Southern Modified Tour

    Featherlite presents the NASCAR/Featherlite Most Improved Driver Award following each NASCAR Nationwide Series, Camping World Truck Series and regional series race. The award is presented to a driver who demonstrates the most improvement in terms of finishing position from race to race.

  • 11-19-2012 NASCAR champions

    Featherlite continues to be the choice of champions. The NASCAR season wrapped up this past weekend, and the cars of all three major series winners are hauled in Featherlite race transporters.

  • 8-14-2012 Most Improved Driver Award

    As mentioned in our last post, Featherlite presents the Featherlite Most Improved Driver Award weekly to racers in each of 6 different NASCAR series. Here’s a photo of our Specialty Sales Manager Mike Galvin presenting the award to Jeremy Clements of the Nationwide Series at Iowa Speedway on August 4. The award was presented for his efforts during the July 28 race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

    As “Official Trailer” of NASCAR, every week we sponsor a contingency award, the Featherlite Most Improved Driver Award.  The award is presented to a driver who demonstrates the most improvement in terms of finishing position from race to race. It’s presented in the Nationwide Series, Camping World Truck Series, K&N Pro Series East, K&N Pro Series West, Whelen Modified Tour and the Whelen Southern Modified Tour. Typically around 80 drivers receive the award during the race season.
